What is Trust Rewards?
Trust Rewards is the TMC time-lock membership program on Robinhood Chain. TMC is held by the same smart contract that records the lock, while non-transferable points vest over time.
How are points calculated?
The base rate is one point per 1,000 TMC-days, multiplied by the lock tier. For example, 250,000 TMC locked for 365 days at the Black 3× multiplier earns a maximum of 273,750 points.
Why does my Points balance still show zero?
Points vest continuously but remain pending until they are recorded on-chain. Select the position in My Locks, press Accrue points, and confirm the Robinhood Chain transaction in your wallet.
Where can I find my Lock ID?
Connect Zerion and open My Locks. The console discovers every LockCreated event belonging to the connected wallet and displays each ID automatically. The Use lock button selects that ID for accrual or claiming.
Can I withdraw TMC before the lock expires?
No. Locked TMC cannot be claimed before the recorded unlock time. After expiry, Claim after expiry records any remaining points and returns the locked TMC to the lock owner.
Can Trust Points be transferred or sold?
No. Points are account-bound: the contract exposes no transfer or approval function. They are not money or tokens and are burned when a published benefit is redeemed.
What can points be used for?
The catalog includes product participation, analytics and recognition, plus 30-day access to Meme Kitchen, DevRoulotte, HyperPine, Dappster, and Pinex. Redemption burns points and creates the public on-chain event used to verify the benefit.
How long does partner access last?
Each partner-access redemption is valid for 30 days from the block timestamp of its RewardRedeemed event. Redeeming the same benefit again creates a new access period under the published catalog policy.
Which network and gas token do I need?
Use Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663. Creating a lock, accruing points, claiming TMC, and redeeming a benefit are transactions that require a small amount of ETH for gas.
Has the contract been audited?
The deployed source has an exact creation and runtime match on Sourcify, but it has not yet completed an independent security audit. Smart-contract use carries risk, and no point or benefit value is guaranteed.
